Recycled Stools Made from Old Jeans
Posted by: Taeho Lim at 10:23 am

Got some old pairs of jeans that you can’t wear anymore without getting cited for indecent exposure? If you live in Japan, you can make something new and useful with them: a recycled stool. Following in the footsteps of other green furniture makers while adding its own twist, sofa company NOyes can make an eco-friendly stool from 3 old pairs of jeans that you provide.

According to CScout Japan, the sofa costs ¥36,720 ($400) and takes about 3 weeks to finish. View the video to see how it’s made.
